Warm congratulations to Zhangjiagang Shenggang Green Fireproof Building Materials Co., Ltd., the main drafting unit, and more than 20 other companies for jointly drafting the industry standard "Magnesium based Cementitious Materials for Building Products - Magnesium Oxide Tablets", which will be officially implemented on November 1, 2025.

In December 2019, in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the Fourth Batch of Industry Standard Revision and Foreign Language Version Project Plan for 2019" (MIIT Letter [2019] No. 276), the industry standard "Magnesium Oxide Flat Plate for Building Magnesium Cementitious Material Products" (Plan No. 2019-1691T-JC) was approved. The standard formulation is the responsibility of Zhangjiagang Shenggang Green Fireproof Building Materials Co., Ltd., and is under the centralized management of the Building Materials Industry Comprehensive Standardization Technical Committee. Complete the formulation work by 2023.

The formulation, release, and implementation of the industry standard for magnesium oxychloride flat plates used in construction - on the one hand, standardize enterprise production, improve product quality, and fill industry gaps; On the other hand, it provides product quality testing basis for the competent authorities and construction units, as well as reference indicators such as flexural strength and fire resistance for construction units, effectively solving the situation where construction quality cannot be guaranteed and ensuring that qualified materials are purchased in the construction and decoration industry.

This product standard starts from the physical and chemical properties of the board, taking into account the energy consumption, carbon emissions, and ecological environment protection in the production of this standard product, and creatively standardizes the physical and chemical performance requirements of the standard product.
