As a senior employee who has been engaged in sheet cutting work for 20 years, Comrade Ma Airong has always strictly adhered to cutting standards, achieving "zero error" inspection of the dimensional accuracy and cutting flatness of each sheet, setting an example for the quality benchmark in the workshop.   

2. Work tirelessly and demonstrate dedication through actions

When faced with urgent orders, Comrade Ma Airong voluntarily sacrificed his rest time multiple times to work overtime to catch up. Especially during the tough period of foreign trade projects, he worked continuously for 18 hours to ensure timely delivery, and his dedication to "standing up for every shift" infected the entire team.   

3. Be meticulous and implement safety throughout

Always strictly follow the equipment operation specifications and keep the work area clean and orderly. For the past 20 years, we have maintained a record of "zero safety accidents" and actively guided newcomers to develop standardized operating habits, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility.
